RENT FROM TENANTS

Rent is always payable on the same date, every calendar month as the date you moved in.  The rent must be paid by standing order from your bank or building society account.  An administration charge will be made if the bank does not pay the standing order for any reason. If a tenant has agreed to pay 6 months’ rent in advance, this will continue throughout the tenancy unless their circumstances change and re-referencing takes place.
