Request More DetailsIn 2021 we started an initiative to help #NHS staff find long-term rental homes across Cornwall.
Since then, we have, successfully, placed over 150 tenants who work within the #NHS in Cornwall but there are many, many more who are still looking for a home.
From Boscastle to St Ives, from Lostwithiel to Helston and everywhere in between, we have #NHS staff who need a long-term rental home.
If you are a landlord with an empty property, or a property that is due to become empty or you know a landlord, please get in touch.
The #NHS is amazing and their staff deserve to have the security of knowing they have a home to go back to. In 2021, and in the intervening period, we have heard stories from #NHS staff about how they’re sofa-surfing, bouncing form one place to another and how they struggle to even get a viewing.
We have a unique relationship with the #NHS accommodation teams in Cornwall which allows us to alert staff of forthcoming properties so that they can have a look.
