We operate a Property Management Department dealing with the letting and management of residential properties specifically along the North Coast of Cornwall between Newquay and Perranporth and nearby inland areas.
On behalf of our landlords we operate a comprehensive range of checks and reference procedures for all prospective tenants and thereafter we provide a full range of management services as required. Alternatively we offer a letting only package which provides a landlord with a professionally sourced tenant but thereafter allows personal management of the property.
